I’ve been going to Sara Contreras since 1996 when she was located at Judy’s Wave Review on S. Preston. Then she moved to Neat Nails & Terrific Tans about 2 years ago. The place is clean, has a very good atmosphere, friendly employees, & they make you feel welcome. I personally will always go to Sara, but they have other employees such as Megan & a couple gals who I dont know their names that do a great job as well…
